Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking Fee / Non-Refundable Fee
Each appointment requires a $100+HST booking fee. This fee is to secure the artist’s time and confirm the client’s commitment to the appointment. The fee will be deducted from the total at checkout once the service is complete. It is transferable only once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and is valid for 6 months from the date of payment.
Grace Period
Punctuality is essential for ensuring the best possible service and results. If you are more than 20 minutes late, please notify us immediately. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. We reserve the right to determine whether the appointment can proceed based on our schedule. If we are unable to accommodate the delay and you wish to reschedule, a new deposit will be required to confirm your next appointment.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We value your time as much as our own. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. This policy ensures we can effectively manage our schedule and offer the appointment to another client. The deposit is a commitment to your booking and compensates the artist for the reserved time. If you need to reschedule after a late cancellation, a new booking fee will be required.
Touch-Up Policy
To perfect your look, we offer an optional touch-up session, not included in the initial service fee. We highly recommend this follow-up to ensure the best results for your permanent makeup. The cost for the touch-up is $100+HST. Touch-ups are an excellent way to adjust any areas that may have faded during the healing process, ensuring your satisfaction with the final results.
No-Show or Missed Appointment Policy
If you miss your appointment or cancel on the same day, your booking fee will be forfeited. To avoid this, please reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you wish to book a new appointment after a no-show or same-day cancellation, a new deposit will be required.
Previous Permanent Makeup / Cosmetic Tattoo
If you have pre-existing permanent makeup or cosmetic tattoos, please send photos and inform us prior to your appointment. This allows us to evaluate the existing work and plan accordingly. Failure to notify us at least 48 hours in advance or arriving without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. Additionally, a consultation fee of $100+HST will be charged due to the time allocated for your session.
